Legal Counsel for the U.S. Grains Council will be working hard this week to complete registrations that were gathered in a short period of time. Last Friday, USGC began a coordinated industry-wide registration process for interested U.S. companies in response to China's recently announced anti-dumping charges against imports of U.S. distiller's dried grains. The company registrations had to be competed and returned by today.
The Grain Council's law firm will now translate into Chinese each registration for submission to China's Ministry of Commerce by its January 17 Beijing deadline.
