The new NutriMate 3 planter attachment from Sunco offers a frame design to allow discs to be pulled through the field, swiveling, to keep opener discs trailing properly on curves and contours.
Like its predecessor the NutriMate II, the 3 floats as the row unit gauge wheels provide depth control. There, the 3 offers six fertilizer placement options above, below and on either side of the seed.
The new model features an improved diaphragm check valve for flow control and a stronger pivot point design, and can be mounted on John Deere, White, Kinze, Great Plains and some Monosem planters. It works in conventional, minimum-till, strip-till and no-till farming.
