Red Wing Software Releases CenterPoint Accounting

Over 35 additional functions have been added to increase efficiency and flexibility in reporting.

Red Wing Software, Inc. announces the release of CenterPoint Accounting for Agriculture Version 6. The new release successfully addresses the needs of customers with over 35 additional functions that increase the efficiency and productivity of the software. Customers will benefit from improved speed when running reports and printing checks with the enhanced memory management. Furthermore, customers can increase productivity with the new columns, filters and drill-down capabilities within the Sources and Uses report for improved data management.

"Ease of use, combined with powerful functions makes CenterPoint the perfect choice for all producers," said Jon Isackson, Red Wing Software Product Manager, "Incorporating improved speed, data processing and data entry functions give our customers the ability to maximize the productivity and reporting flexibility of the software."

Many of the new functions within CenterPoint were suggestions received from customers, including; the new Credit Card Activity report that allows customers to easily monitor credit card and line of credit activity, and the Account Lookup control added to the detail screen of payments, receipts, and AP invoices. Also included in this major release is improved data entry accuracy with the new chart of accounts reports that allows customers to verify the accounts assigned to a distribution.
