Pilgrim's Pride Corp. announced Sunday night that its chief executive officer and president O.B. Goolsby Jr. suffered an apparent massive stroke while on a hunting trip Saturday morning with customers in south Texas. He was listed in critical condition in a hospital in San Antonio, Texas. Goolsby, 60, has been CEO since September 2004 and previously was president and chief operating officer. He has been with Pilgrim's Pride since 1969.
