The new 1 Series Sub-compact utility tractor from John Deere provides acreage owners with power and performance that includes easy-attach and remove implements, bigger grass cutting capacity and a position-control 3-point hitch.
The new 1023E (23.5 horsepower) and 1026R (25.2 hp.) can accept dozens of attachments and implements such as front loaders, mower decks, rotary tillers and a backhoe. AutoConnect technology allows operators to simply drive over the mowing deck to attach it. In addition, iMatch AutoHitch-compatible 3-point hitch implements can be attached or removed in minutes without leaving the tractor seat or using a single tool.

Deere's new 1023E and 1026R sub-compact tractors offer high-end features in an economical package. Both tractors are designed with a wide stance for stability and come with a standard folding ROPS system for roll-over protection. The 1026R also features a deluxe lighting system, cruise control for mowing in open fields, tilt steering, a tool box, a 12-Volt outlet, and a position control 3-point hitch.
The 1 Series is available in limited quantities at some dealers across the nation, and orders for fall delivery are being taken at all dealers.
