Czech-based Mitas is introducing a pair of new row-crop tractor tires to the U.S. market to expand its Continental-brand tire lineup.

The new AC85 and AC90 from Mitas will add to the firm's existing eight sizes, and are part of a plan that will see 13 different tire sizes available for the American farmer.

Mitas says a further expansion of the line is planned for 2012 with designs based on specific North American and European needs. Mitas plans to expand in the U.S. with a new factory coming on line in Charles City, Iowa in 2012.

CGS Group is introducing a new line of Mitas brand row-crop tractor tires for 2011. The new tires will enter the current line of Continental-brand tires Mitas has been building under licese since 2004.
