William Edwards, Extension Economist at Iowa State University, developed a spreadsheet to answer many of questions you and your lender may have, focusing on your farm financial statement. The spreadsheet allows you to print statements for your lender, including a report of the most requested financial performance indicators needed to secure this year’s operating line of credit.
