Flusher Keeps C-P Irrigation Machines Clean

Every time the sprinkler starts and stops, sediment is drained out by the Flusher.

L&V Innovations is introducing it's "Flusher" to the irrigation industry, noting the device will drain sediment from a center-pivot irrigation machine each time it cycles on or off.

The Flusher is an automatic drain that allows sediment to be flushed at start and stop for nearly continuous cleaning. East installations of the device at the end sediment drain plug makes the device a low cost, easy way to maintain longevity of a C-P rig, while minimizing plugging caused by excessive sand and trash.

The Flusher operates using water pressure. As the pivot is pressurizing, the Flusher allows sediment to flow out. Once the pivot has reached its maximum pressure, the Flusher will delay engagement to allow sediment to pass at high pressure for a thorough flush. As soon as the pivot has stopped and its pressure has backed off, the Flusher disengages to perform another flush.

The "Pivot Flusher" from L&V Innovations is an automatic drain for center-pivot rigs that allows flushing sediment from the system every time the machine cycles on or off.
