Bulk Seed Treatment Just Got Quicker

USC has introduced a continuous treating system for bulk seed site.

The delays in batch seed treatment just became history as USC introduces its Continuous Treating System.

Designed with dual hoppers with air-gates and seed treater all linked by a single PLC touch screen control panel, the system uses a round 150 unit scale hopper that weighs and certifies incoming seed. The system then releases the seed load through an air-gate into the second round 250 unit surge hopper that channels and controls the seed to the seed treater. The rounded design makes the USC machine three feet shorter than competitive systems and reduces space requirements.

Treatment rates run up to 2,000 units per hour.

For more information visit www.uscllc.com.

A round design makes this continuous feed seed treater more compact. The USC machine is also quicker than batch feed treaters.
