Upgrade Your Tracked Farm Tractor With Reman Bogey Wheels

Track alignment and tension depend on good running gear for tracked farm tractors.

With more tracked farm tractors pulling implements across the U.S., there's a market for reconditioned bogey wheels to keep those tracks on track, pulling straight and efficiently.

B&D Rollers is now in the business of rebuilding bogey wheels for AGCO Challenger, Case IH, and John Deere farm tractors, and will take full sets or singles or pairs -- depending upon the customer's needs. The costs for the service range from $185 to $230 per wheel, and typically such a rebuild takes about two weeks from when the wheels arrive at B&D.

The wheels are reconditioned with 60 to 70 durometer SBR rubber and the rubber stock is cut by hand to fit the wheel properly.

"Retreads" for bogey wheels extend the life of under carriages and keep tracks on track for less compaction and more power.

B&D also makes and balances rollers for agricultural and food industries, and provides rebalancing services for stalk shredder or chopper rollers, as well as "The Crusher" conditioning rollers for all makes and models of mowers and conditioners.
