Titan Tire Brings Back Vintage Farm Tractor Tires With Better Ride

The WHO Tractor Ride Tire is back in two sizes for old tractor buffs.

Titan Tire has a new old tire available with FFA and WHO Radio Great Tractor Ride logos on the sidewall, and a tread especially designed for parades and exhibition use.

The tread of the new limited edition tire features a center rib between lugs to provide a smooth ride and less "squirm" as the tires are run on pavement. The Titan WHO FFA Tractor Ride Tire is available in 12.4-38 and 13.6-38 configuration, with portions of the proceeds from the tires going to the FFA.

Skip Sagar, sales manager for Titan Tire and Goodyear Farm Tires in Iowa says "most tractor tires aren't meant to drive 60 miles a day and provide a pretty rough ride. With that in mind, we invented the CRCR Technology (Comfort Ride Center Rib) to allow better performance over long distances on hard surfaces."

New old tire from Titan makes restoration projects easier, and easier riding, for antique tractor enthusiasts.

Sagar says Titan has been pleased with the response the retro tire has received and is doubly pleased to help provide a revenue stream for FFA.

He says for more information on the tire, call (800) USA-BEAR, and ask for Linda.
