The slow pace of planting in the U.S. this spring, along with weather concerns in Europe has helped futures break free of domination by outside money flow – at least for the time being. Market Analyst Arlan Suderman and Senior Editor Bryce Knorr discuss this week’s rally, which has prices on the verge of a breakout.
